I pray for Knowledge to become strong and to guide me,

to reveal to me my errors,

to show me my weaknesses

and to show me what I must correct,

what I must strengthen and what I must set aside.

I ask for its counsel and its wisdom,

and I also ask

for the strength and the courage

to follow it and to accept the freedom that it provides.

Incrementally, Step by Step, I will build my

connection to Knowledge.

I pray to heed its messages and its warnings.

I pray to feel and follow the restraint it provides me

and to follow as it propels my life in a certain direction,

accepting the gifts that are given along the way and

allowing the mystery to unfold.

I Pray to learn and develop these things

and I pray that the Great Faith within me

becomes so substantial and so real

that its immense service to me and to humanity

will be realized.

Nasi Novare Coram

Revised excerpt from The Great Faith, As revealed to Marshall Vian Summers on  April 25, 2007 in the Old City, Jerusalem.

As I look at the world and its challenges I see a world of people experiencing increasingly devastating hardship. Climate change is directly affecting many nations. Russia experienced a heat wave with fires so rampant that may died and people were warned to stay inside or if going outside to wear masks. Floods in Pakistan and China are destroying the lives of millions of people and there has been significant loss of life. Over a billion people around the world are now considered significantly malnourished and live without access to adequate food and water. War and conflict within nations and between nations continues and grows. Religion is distorted and used to condemn, maim and destroy others. Particularly women. People who had homes, jobs and food no longer do. The world is in trouble. We are in trouble.

We must face these things and begin to individually change direction. We must prepare because our global environmental, political and financial balance has been greatly damaged. We are now seeing the effects of this. We no longer live in a predictable world.

These are enormously difficult issues to face. Facing this deprivation is not for the faint of heart. We are living in a time where what we once took for granted is no longer a guarantee. This needs to be seriously considered. I personally still live in relative comfort. However, my life has also been impacted but in far less serious ways than many others. I live in a state within the United States that is experiencing significant unemployment and the social safety net is very worn and thin. It will not hold for long.

It can be difficult to look upon the world and our own vulnerability and see what is before us. But that is part of the preparation. Part of what I have done to prepare is to educate myself about the Great Waves of Change. The Great Waves of Change is the title of one of many prophetic books by Marshall Vian Summers. This particular book addresses the multitude of impacts that are simultaneously occurring in our world at this time. It provides a comprehensive assessment of our current global circumstances and also provides a vital individual preparation. It offers very practical advice and also a needed spiritual preparation for navigating these difficult times. It is essential that we become aware and then beyond awareness begin to make the necessary changes and preparations to support ourselves and others.

When I look at the world in all of its misery it can be quite overwhelming. However, I can change things within myself and in my small sphere of influence. That is where change and contribution can be made. It begins with seeing what is before me, knowing what can be changed and then doing that. Some of that preparation is practical in nature but much of this happens on the inside. It will take many of us awakening to the situation at hand and our greater purpose in order to be of service to the world and those around us. As it states in Chapter 12 of The Great Waves of Change:

“People may look upon the Great Waves with horror or with denial, with all kinds of human reactions. They cannot see that what they are really facing is the one thing that will redeem them and give them a greater life, a greater purpose and a greater contribution.”

What this says is that difficult circumstances have the potential to call out of us our greater gifts. Much of what this teaching promotes is a spiritual preparation through the practice of listening to Knowledge – our natural source of inner guidance. As we learn to listen within we will be available to hear the promptings of wisdom and true direction. By engaging in the practice of stillness meditation we gain stability. We will need this stability in order to listen to the deeper intelligence within and not to our fearful and turbulent personal mind. This deeper mind can tell us where we need to go and with whom we need to be engaged. It provides a great and abiding strength. It provides clarity and direction. We have to be open and listen in order to gain these abilities. It is this spiritual preparation that will guide us during the times to come. An inner preparation is far more important than anything we do on the outside for we cannot physically prepare for everything. But we can develop Knowledge which will help us navigate our course in the moment and steer us toward changes essential for the future.

As Summers has said – there is no easy or single answer, for it will take a million answers. Each one of us holds an answer and a gift of service. We need to prepare in order to fulfill this promise. It is from this greater perspective, with Knowledge as our guide, that gives us the strength and courage to face the turbulent times now and in the future, know what steps to take and to know how to serve a world in great need. Let us face the challenges ahead. Let the challenges ahead call out of us our greater gifts that God has sent us into the world to give. It is through this preparation that we will be the contributors and seed bearers of great hope, instead of the victims, of a world in decline.

Step 190 The world is emerging into the Greater Community of Worlds and that is why I have come.

I feel this more and more every day. It brings me a great sense of meaning and purpose. In my earlier life I found living in the world difficult and challenging. And frankly sometimes I did not want to be here. There was a part of me though, that knew I had to get this right. There was a reason for being here. Sometimes I kept going simply because I did not want to have to come back here and do this again. Today I understand more fully the importance of being here and that my contribution, no matter how small, is important.

This great Teaching provides me a true foundation from which to live more meaningfully in the world. It brings me greater focus and effectiveness in my daily activities of life. It carries with it a richness that was so lacking before. The condition and needs of the world are urgent and bring purpose and meaning to my existence. It provides a context from which to move, be and engage. It brings me into a greater relationship with the world as it is.

I feel the storm that is gathering strength. I feel its immediacy, its weight and significance for all of humanity. This is an important time to be in the world because we are emerging into the Greater Community. We are also facing the Great Waves of Change. We are here for this very reason. We have something to contribute during these difficult times and the times to come. Some of us have a heritage to reclaim and contribute that speaks directly to the world’s emergence into a Greater Community of Worlds. I have this heritage.

I often wondered why I felt like I didn’t “fit” in the world. I often felt out of step with others. It was a source of discomfort and isolation. I once joked that I felt like I was from another planet because I just didn’t “get” what was going on here. Now I am getting it. Now it is making sense. Now I have found that for which I came into the world.

The reason is not what I thought. It is greater than anything I could imagine. I knew there was a reason but it was unclear and frustratingly distant at times. Now it is very close and very clear. It requires much more of me than I thought it would. It is work. It takes time. It is challenging. But it is a journey that unites and engages me with something very vital and in return provides true vitality. It seems contradictory that something so challenging and potentially dangerous could provide such a sense of rightness and meaning. But as Marshall Vian Summers states, it is that which challenges us that calls out our greater gift. It is in facing that which is real in the world that engages me with what is real within myself.

I have come into the world at this great turning point in humanity’s evolution and emergence into a Greater Community of Worlds to make a contribution. It is a turning point of which I will only see a part of in my lifetime. This turning point is underway. It is happening now and has been building for some time. Now is the time to engage with the deeper Knowledge within in order to see, to know and to act with certainty as we face extraordinary challenges. We must go deeper than our personal preoccupations. We need a greater education than what our culture provides. We must gain strength and courage and become a point of true stability. It is so needed right now.

By facing the Great Waves of Change, facing the Intervention and facing my own weaknesses and strengths I have gained so much. The gifts of this preparation are truly given along the way. I pray I pass these gifts on in return. And however small my contribution is I pray that it builds and grows so that others can receive what has been so generously given to me in order to assist and serve a rapidly changing world. That is why I have come.

I have always honored and respected other people’s religious beliefs. I do not judge, condemn or speak out against anyone’s beliefs for I have always maintained that there are many paths to God. But I will speak out in honor of the New Message if I am the target of ridicule and religious prejudice, of which I have recently experienced. A person I have known for some years recently made it clear that she thinks my beliefs are “ridiculous.” I have always respected her strong faith, but unfortunately I have not experienced the same respect in return. She believes that her religious beliefs are the only way to God.

Unfortunately many people hold this view and it causes great division and needless suffering. Surely this is not what any of the great messengers throughout our history have promoted. Thousands of people have experience ridicule, persecution and death because someone else held strongly to their personal religious belief to the exclusion of all others. I have explored many teachings and have never found a major world religion’s true teachings to promote separatism, condemnation and ridicule. These values are the makings of individuals who misinterpret the real message.

I am strong today in Knowledge and my commitment is deep. I am willing to face social rejection to honor The New Message from God. It is unfortunate when other people can not respect all of the religious beliefs that exist in the world and all of the people who represent them.

In dealing with this recent personal experience I sought understanding through the Teachings of the religious practice that I hold dear. The Greater Community Way of Knowledge. What follows are excerpts from Greater Community Spirituality, Chapter 19, entitled What is Religion? It speaks to a world in need of greater understanding, more compassion and unity amongst its people. Some of the statements challenge us deeply. But all speak to a greater truth.

“…many people still try to make their way the only way in order to dispel their own disbelief and to give themselves false assurances. In the Greater Community, you rarely find this kind of arrogance and competition. Religion …is something that is taken very seriously, often at great risk.”

“The Greater Community Way of Knowledge attracts those who have a sincere and serious approach and who are capable of applying themselves consistently. Only those who are developing real Knowledge and depth of understanding can realize and use religion as a means and a pathway.”

“Essentially, religion is The Way of Knowledge, in whatever tradition it is placed. It emphasizes real understanding. Real understanding of direction, purpose and meaning in life is born of a deeper and more profound experience, of a greater association and sense of inclusion and of yielding to a Greater Power that is active and alive in your life. You can be a Catholic, a Buddhist or a tribesman and have this experience.”

“What is pure and essential about religion is what is translatable within it – what can be given from one mind to another and from one world to another, spanning the great differences in nature, culture, temperament, environment and so forth that exist in the Greater Community.”

“What is essential is what brought you here. What is essential is what will be remembered after you leave. What is essential is who you represent and what you represent through your experience, your communication and your accomplishment. Nothing else matters.”

“Learning The Way of Knowledge …will give greater meaning and scope to your world’s religions and will give them the unifying principle they now need to have a greater application and a greater relevancy in life.”

“Do not associate [religion] with your past. Do not associate it with all the foolish manifestations that have been made in the world regarding it. See it anew as the means for you to regain your greater purpose in being here and with it a greater experience of destiny and companionship.”

May we all grow in our experience of religion and move beyond ideas and beliefs that draw us apart. May we all carry and deliver a greater understanding and inclusiveness for all the world’s peoples for in our hearts we are the same. It is the outer physical expression that differs. May we see beyond our personal fears and misunderstandings. May we transcend our prejudices, fixed beliefs and condemnation of others. May we each individually receive, embody and express the love and compassion that the Creator holds for us and extend that love and compassion to all of humanity. We are in great need. Accept this greater gift from God which seeks to unite us and engage us in greater service to the world.

Recently I have had some frightening UFO dreams. I have also been waking up with pervasive and undefined anxiety and dread. The Allies of Humanity Briefings speak of the influence used in the mental environment by the extraterrestrial forces present in our world. Our very mental, emotional, sexual and biological processes can be influenced either by direct or indirect efforts to exert control over us. Some of us have experienced this directly and some of us feel this strongly. Some of us have not only had past lives in this world but have lived lives in other worlds as well. This is part of our background and heritage. This is what we came here to contribute. But it also makes us very sensitive to the alien presence in our world. These feelings and experiences come from a sensitivity to the alien presence. In response to these influences I turn to The Greater Community Way of Knowledge. In Responding to the Greater Community, Wisdom, Vol. II. It states:

“There are some people in the world who have such a strong Greater Community background that they feel the influence of Greater Community forces, even those that are far away and not in their immediate proximity. They react emotionally to these things and they cannot account for their own experiences. …Perhaps they have unexplained feelings of dread or anxiety that cannot be explained in terms of their current circumstances.”

Throughout the years I have interpreted these experiences of random anxiety and pervasive dread as coming from my own emotional or psychological state. Before studying and practicing the New Message from God and gaining a much greater perspective, I had no context in which to frame these experiences. In the past when I experienced this there were no external circumstances that would account for these feelings. I sought medical and psychological help. I was prescribed medication to eliminate these feelings of anxiety and dread. It worked to some degree but it did not address the root cause.

The source and cause for this discomfort in many of us is beyond what is understood and acknowledged in our culture. In fact looking through our current cultural lens and identifying the source of discomfort as being from an outside alien presence would be interpreted as a departure from reality. Our very current psychological and medical standards do not include the possibility that an advanced race of beings visiting and influencing our world could be the source of these experiences. There are many deeply ingrained beliefs, ideas and assumptions that shut the doors on the reality of life in the universe and its influence on humanity.

“Your sensitivity to the Greater Community is determined by your background – not simply your history as a human being in life, but your background far beyond that as well. You carry your accumulated learning with you into the experience of life that you are having now… This is part of your make-up.”

Therapy or medication will not alter the influence of this. In fact, traditional intervention serves to keep us sedated and compliant. It limits our ability to discern the possibility that it is not a personal psychological problem. Only being a student of Knowledge and becoming strong in the mental environment can provide the necessary education and preparation to offset these discordant influences and translate them correctly.

“You cannot change the events that are occurring, but you can interpret them wisely and learn to use them to your advantage. To do this, you must reconsider where you stand in life, what you have accomplished and what you have not accomplished. … To learn the source of your experience, you must learn [about] the influences that are stimulating it, affecting it and in some cases even generating it. …As your skill and awareness grow, you will become more effective in this.”

Indeed, if a person has a true psychological disorder, treatment should be sought. But within the average person the possibility of other outside sources for this discomfort should be considered and explored. Through developing our inherent Knowledge within us it provides the objectivity and clarity necessary to see, to know and to act with Wisdom. It is a means of maintaining and increasing awareness in response to the influences existing in our world today.

Knowledge is our one true advantage and it is supported by those races and forces who are not present in our world today but who support freedom and the greater good for all races everywhere. The Teachings of the New Message point to Knowledge as the source of our strength and freedom. In order to sort through the discordant feelings, confusion and misinformation Knowledge is our guide to what is truly authentic and real. Knowledge does not come from an external source; it is found within us. It is present in the world today and is present in those forces for good from beyond. We need this great strength now and in the difficult times to come. It is our intrinsic connection to that which is spiritual and permanent. It knows. It protects. The evidence of this comes through direct experience.

The extraterrestrial forces present in our world today are not trained in the Way of Knowledge. If they were strong in Knowledge, Inner Guidance from our Source, they would not be intervening in our world. If they were spiritually evolved they would embody a higher ethical standard. We have the opportunity now to educate ourselves and prepare. Without this preparation we would be lost. We would not know where to turn or what to do. We would misinterpret the signs and the warnings. We would dismiss the discomfort as psychological. We would not understand. The New Message is here to provide this greater understanding.
